About Kari
Experienced Life Coach
Kari completed Coaching Mastery in 2021 and has consistently integrated her coaching skills into her role as a lead pastor. She regularly coaches both leaders and staff members as they grow and navigate their roles. In addition, Kari directs a leadership development cohort, where she heavily relies on her coaching training to guide and support leaders and participants.
One of Kari’s greatest joys is creating a safe and confidential space for individuals to process their thoughts and challenges. Her approach is faith-based, beginning each session with prayer. She deeply values the transformative work of the Holy Spirit and finds it powerful to witness moments of personal revelation as people explore their goals and move through areas where they feel stuck.
