Joe and Kari Bulman are passionate about equipping people to live healthy, purpose-filled lives and to lead well—in their homes, their churches, and their communities. Together, they lead a ministry centered on life coaching, leadership development, leadership health, and marriage and family coaching.

 

At the core of their work is a simple but powerful conviction: healthy people make healthy leaders, and healthy leaders build healthy families and churches. Joe and Kari believe that leadership is not just about skills and strategies, but about the condition of the heart, the health of relationships, and the ability to navigate life with wisdom, resilience, and grace.

 

Their ministry is rooted in Ephesians 4:12 (NIV):

 

“…to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”

 

This calling to equip shapes everything they do. Through coaching, exhortation, and leadership development, Joe and Kari walk alongside individuals, couples, and leaders to help them gain clarity, develop practical tools, strengthen communication, and cultivate sustainable rhythms for life and leadership. They are especially passionate about helping marriages and families thrive, believing that strong homes are foundational to strong leaders and strong churches.
